 We need office assistant at Richems Chemical's. Below is our definition of Office assistant which we need;

An office assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of an office. Some common functions of an office assistant include:


1. Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.


2. Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.


3. Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.


4. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.


5. Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as maintaining expense reports and processing invoices.


6. Ordering and maintaining office supplies.


7. Conducting research and gathering information as needed.


8. Providing support to other administrative staff as needed.


9. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.


10. Performing other duties as assigned by management. 


Overall, the primary function of an office assistant is to help ensure that an office runs smoothly and efficiently.
